This sibling is the twin brother of the Maldives King Fish. Although it followed the ways of his brothers Maldives Tuna and Anchovies i.e. in Dry version. The Maldives dry kingfish didn’t want to follow his twin brother, he wanted to carve his path. So, the workers of Zafira tried and tested various ways of pickle making on him. Finally, he liked the dry version. Zafira makes use of Kingfish that weigh above 8Kg since they’re of better taste by highlighting the component of spice in it.
